HEMP AND FITNESS RECOVERY

Muscle growth occurs by first breaking down the muscle tissue through exercise. Then, the recovery phase begins when the body recognizes the trauma experienced by the muscles and begins to repair the damage. Over time the repeated breakdown of muscle tissue and the resulting recovery process enables the muscle to heal and become stronger.

The Symptoms of Recovery

Two types of muscle pain occur during and after a workout.

The first type of pain is acute muscle soreness. This pain occurs during or immediately following exercise. Acute muscle soreness is the fatigued, tight, burning sensation felt after a workout. This pain usually fades quickly, enabling a person to continue functioning normally soon after exercising.

The second type is delayed muscle soreness, which many people experience 12 to 24 hours after vigorous exercise. For example, workouts that repeatedly extend and contract muscles, such as bench presses or bicep curls, can cause intense delayed muscle soreness that can cause severe pain in the days following a workout.

How Hemp Extract Can Help

Any workout, especially a strenuous one, causes damage to muscles and tissue. Hemp Extract's anti-inflammatory and healing properties help with fitness recovery in several ways. Studies have found that Hemp Extract effectively reduces pain and inflammation and helps muscles recover faster after rigorous exercise.

Research shows that Extract is an effective pain treatment that helps relieve both types of muscle pain from strenuous activity, without the side effects that many over-the-counter or prescription pain remedies have. In addition, Hemp Extract reduces inflammation in joints and muscle tissue, enabling it to heal faster and stronger. While inflammation of muscle is a normal response to exercise and triggers the body's repair process, it is also the cause of many injuries and can inhibit workout results.

The body's endocannabinoid system plays a crucial role in promoting healthy cell growth. Hemp works with the endocannabinoid system by destroying weak or damaged cells and replacing them with healthy cells. As a result, Hemp improves the health of new cells, enhancing the effects of your fitness program.
